Administration Committee
The Administration
Committee has been established to:

Collect any and all VASARCO
organizational documents e.g., Articles of Incorporation,
Bylaws, Meeting Minutes, BOD minutes, MOUs, membership
applications, financial reports, etc.

After the current (or existing)
documents have been compiled and reviewed, make recommendations
for changes and/or additional documents that should exist as
part of standard and customary corporate documentation (for a
nonprofit).

Prepare outline and/or drafts of
any proposed additional documents.

Make recommendations of particular
corporate documents, that in the opinion of the committee, need
to be considered in detail, possibly by a separate committee.
- Publish draft documents in a restricted area of the VASARCO
web site for review and consideration until the documents have
been endorsed by the BOD and approved by the membership.
