SARSAFE Committee

SARSAFE is designed to provide search and rescue community members a safe place to rest while traveling to and from SAR Missions within the state. In addition, it is able to give K-9 SAR members Emergency Veterinary Care locations.

This is a new project which the Virginia Search & Rescue Council has not yet formally adopted. A committee was established to oversee the implementation of this program from a liability and legislative perspective.
